Defective Camera & Dirty Lens (DeepWater Exploration ExploreHD USB Camera)

We recently purchased a DeepWater Exploration ExploreHD USB Camera, and the unit is defective out of the box. Problems:

  • Camera is not detected by BlueOS

  • The camera is not detected on Windows (tested on two different PCs)

  • Windows always shows “USB device not recognized”

  • Camera cannot be opened by any application

In addition, the protective sticker left residue on the lens, and the lens was dirty immediately after removal. The camera is not usable. As feedback, we strongly recommend not placing adhesive stickers directly on the lens surface.

Best regards,
Ryan

Your camera looks like it was agreed in an unusual liquid, or is very old? Where and when did you purchase it? Please submit a support ticket, I don’t see your name in the inbox when searched…
