I’ve been making the move over to cockpit. And the overall experience has been very good.
But I notice there’s no way to select where the videos get saved. Currently the videos are going into my C drive, but I can’t find how to change it to my d drive.

That location is not possible to change, at least currently. There is this issue - feel free to add additional comments!
You could also record videos onboard the vehicle with the DashCam extension (records when armed.)
