Clear acrylic end cap not clear

Hi,

I recently purchased the clear end cap with no holes for the 4’’ watertight enclosure as part of a larger order, but when I received my order this week the “clear” end cap had some sort of paper firmly attached to both sides of the end cap. I’m a new customer here so I apologize if this has been addressed before, but did I receive the wrong product or am I supposed to remove the attached paper? There weren’t any instructions describing what to do in this situation and I haven’t found any relevant information on the assembly instructions for the end cap and the entire enclosure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for contacting us! The paper is supposed to be on the end cap. It is for protecting the Acrylic during shipping. The paper can be peeled off with your fingernail. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have any more questions.
