Cann't move camera servo with xbox controller

Hi, I’m new to BlueROV community. It is great fun and exciting to work with BlueROV2 robot.
I did configure Bluerov2 robot, everything working as expected. I recently connected xbox controller with QGC, through it I’m able arm, control thrusters etc.
Now I wanted to control camera servo with xbox controller but I am unable control it. As in qgc this camera motor tilt assigned to channel 8, I can do servo reverse block tick and un-tick in QGC this makes camera motor tilt up and down but i wanted to do same with xbox controller. I don’t know how to assign channel 8 at xbox key and control it through xbox. Could you please help me to solve this issue.

I also i observed that i couldn’t able to turn off and turn ON lights. It always in OFF state. How can assign button to enable lights ON/OFF.

Hi @darshan -
Welcome to the forums!
Generally we’re slowly moving away from Qground Control for a GCS - while not the official solution yet, Cockpit+ BlueOS lets you accomplish all the same things!

To configure your lights, open a browser and go to blueos.local with the vehicle connected, and navigate to vehicle setup. There, under configure, you can adjust the lights channel.

Within QGroundControl (or Cockpit) you’ll need to map buttons to control both the camera tilt and the lights.

Hi Tony,
Thanks for the quick reply.
I can see channel 7 is setup for lights and channel 8 is setup for camera tilt servo. I figure-out using below image output channel adjustments

But still I can only do in QGC, i can’t do with xbox remote controller. In QGC joystick section, there is no button mapped with channel 7 and 8. The below is the button image, which pops when press xbox buttons, here i didn’t see button 7 and 8 activated while pressing all buttons.

This is how the current setup looks

Here #7 and #8 are not working, #9 and #10 buttons are working. Here, how can I map #9 and #10 for camera tilt and lights control accordingly.

At BlueOS suite configure section, i set RC9 and RC10 for lights.

This is all the experiments i did. Could you please share actual steps to be perform to setup buttons.
