It seems we can control the pixhawk to output high or low level,
but how can we control it through joystick ?

In the Joystick setup page, you may assign the relay functions to joystick buttons. You can assign the relay channel outputs with the RELAYn_PIN parameters. The default is relay 1 and 2 on aux 4 and 5 respectively.
