Has anybody utilized butterfly brackets or any other type of bracket to strengthen the frame? I am thinking about the side frames to the bottom plate that holds the battery enclosure, One screw in each leg of the plate doesn’t seem very beefy.
I haven’t felt the need to beef up the frame. But one thing you might consider is to use some small diameter (3mm?) threaded stainless steel rods and some cap nuts to hold the two side frames together.
