I have installed the Power Sense Module, made the changes (https://bluerobotics.com/learn/power-sense-module-psm-installation/) in the installation guide but the percentage doesnt seem to match the battery voltage.
I get the feeling that Qgroundcontrol assumes that the batteries are always freshly charged and shows a percentage as per the consumed mAh. Does anyone know if this is a correct assumption? Or have I missed a setting?

Yes, that is a correct assumption. By default the battery capacity parameter is 0 mAh, and so battery percentage feedback is not given. If you enter in 18000 mAh (18 Ah), the system assumes this is the battery capacity at start up - so if you use half a battery, and restart, it will think the battery is full again! There is no way to track capacity usage between power ups, as the system doesn’t have a way of identifying which battery is connected, and what the voltage correlates to in terms of charge state…
