Hi, can anyone help with this battery charging error message on the charger

Are you operating the charger in an elevated temperature, or are the fans/intakes blocked or not spinning?

Hi Adam, ambient temperature is 16 degrees centigrade
The forward/smaller fan runs for around one second when the power is switched on, otherwise no the fans do not run
