Im currently using the ping360 in extremely turbid waters with zero visibility.
Id like to add custom shapes as overlay on the polar view to show the outline of my vehicle.
Is there an option for this or can it easily be added?

Cool idea! That does seem like it could be useful, especially for larger vehicles.
There is no built in option for this, so it would need to be developed.
Ping Viewer is open source, so you are welcome to implement the feature yourself and contribute it via a Pull Request, or raise an Issue describing what you’re after so that if/when someone has available time and interest they can do the necessary development

Yeah the vehicle is quite large.
Its been a long time since I’ve done some programming so I dont even know where to start looking in the code. Raised a feature request hoping other will find the feature usefull.
