Access Camera Stream

I need to create a script in the RaspBerryPi 2 in order to computorize a docking strategy between a BlueROV1 and a docking station.
I’d need to have access to the camera in order to process datas then send back MAVLink messages to the Pixhawk.
Do you know which Ardusub scripts in the RaspBerry can be usefull to achieve my goal ?
