Not sure what’s going on there - which email are you referring to? I can’t see any email addresses in the page you linked to, and the two email addresses (sales@bluerobotics.com / support@bluerobotics.com) on our Contact page are still used daily.

Depending on where you’re based, there may also be a Distributor who’s closer to you and also offers the product (which could reduce transport time if they’ve got one in stock). Some of our distributors offer additional services, like repairs or customised parts, so could be worth checking out if you’re likely to want that now/in future
