When the USB camera is connected with an unspliced USB cable, everything is normal, but the image of the same USB cable can not be displayed after splicing and peeling off part of the skin.The length of the spliced USB cable is shorter than that of the uncut, because the USB cable must pass through the waterproof Connector, so there must be splicing, this problem has been troubled for a long time, is there any way to solve this problem? Well, i’ve seen manufacturer’s use a thin layer of foil or a thin wire in the sheathing for EMI shielding, and it’s usually either grounded or it IS the ground. Maybe inspect the sheath material for micro-thin wires or foil, and make sure they are connected as well?
