Unable to View or Save Log Files in Log Browser

Hi everyone,

I’m currently experiencing an issue with the Log Browser in my Blue OS system. When I try to view my autopilot log files, the interface shows “No data available,” and I’m unable to see any past log files.

I’m wondering if there’s a way to enable or save the log files properly. I would appreciate guidance on how to ensure that logs are being recorded and how to view or manually save them from the Log Browser. I’ve already tried refreshing the page and looking for an option to download the logs, but no data is appearing.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue or can point me in the right direction for saving and accessing these log files?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi @omer_1 -
What version of BlueOS are you using?
The vehicle may only create logs when it is armed, have you operated it in this state?

Hello @tony-white ,

I am using 1.0.2 BlueOS version. I had done tests before. Are these log files deleted after turning off the vehicle? Can’t I access the log files of my previous work?

Hi @omer_1 -
Please update BlueOS to the latest stable, 1.3.1, and ensure you apply the boostrap update via the yellow button afterwards - you may need to be in pirate mode for this to appear. To update, the system will need to be connected to a wifi network with internet.
The log files should be available after the update if the vehicle was armed.
