Thrusters configuration

I built this rov . I am 17 years old and I want to improve the thrusters configuration.
Do u have any idea or a proposition about it ?

You should try a vectorized configuration to allow lateral movement [1,2,3,4].

Each thruster will apply a X/Y force that can be canceled by the others thrusters allowing control of both X and Y degree of freedom.
