We have an “old” newton gripper that is no longer working due to leakage. We also have a “new revision” gripper and we notice that there are some improvements in the interfcae between the motor shaft and the trapez rod.
We would like to be able to repair the old gripper back to working condition as they are quite expencive. Is it possible to obtain the new modified rod/skrew? And what about the motor controller PCB?

We have a gripper repair guide, but you’ll need to contact our technical support team (per the link at the top of the guide) to get replacement parts (we don’t sell them individually via the main store pages).
I’m unsure whether that’s replaceable across versions, so you’ll need to ask.

Thank you for answer. Its good to know. Whentime permits I will look into the possibilities to refurbish the old gripper.
I have an “old” (Rev2) gripper to fix as well. Will monitor this thread for additional tips/info, and post any potentially helpful info from my experience.
