Had a Newton Gripper failure. After disassembling it, the motor mount bolts had stripped out the threads in the motor housing. This allowed the motor to spin freely, which caused the wires to twist until the yellow wire tore in half and the insulation on the other wires was torn also.

Would you be able to email support@bluerobotics.com, and link them to this post? That way we can track it in our incident management system, which allows us to better prevent things like this from happening again, and you can discuss a potential refund or replacement 
It would be helpful if you could include the order number or at least a rough order date in your email.
