I’m clearing through a backlog at the moment and found that I forgot to send this response:
I haven’t used MAVROS or Simulink to control an ROV before, but my main thoughts here are that
- it may help to explicitly set the system ID to 255
- you may need to send repeated signals to avoid the pilot input failsafe
- it may help to try using
RC_CHANNELS_OVERRIDE
instead ofMANUAL_CONTROL
