Right firmware for torpedo

Hi there. I am trying to build a autonomous torpedo with a rear propeller, and 4 wings to control the direction of the vehicle. It is basically supposed to look like this:

Would a custom rov frame would work? I suppose the fins would cause trouble. Is there a better solution?

We do not support weapon designs, and more generally the ArduPilot developer code of conduct disallows facilitating the weaponisation of systems using ArduPilot firmware.

Autonomous vehicles can be valuable to society and science, but explosive ones are not what we’re here for.
