You will find a QGC icon at the bottom of the screen. Click on it and it will open. It sounds like it is minimized.

I updated a few drivers on the PC and it rebooted via Bios. After that I removed and re- installed QGC again. Now it opens in 2 seconds. Strange…
Hi @SDI - Try killing the process in task manager, waiting a bit after it closes, and then trying to launch again. This is sometimes necessary on windows machines. To confirm, you’re running version 4.2.8?
