I have a Blue Boat and when I connect the batteries the boat turns on regardless of whether the penetrator switch is on/off. I measured continuity between the terminals of the penetrator switch and it is mechanically fine (when it is on, there is continuity and when it is off there is no continuity).
So I think there’s a problem with the power switch board. Has anyone else experienced this and how did they resolve it? Or does anyone have any idea what the problem might be or how to fix it?
It sounds like the switch has failed - we’ve only seen this occur a few times, but it is the main reason the switch is not available for purchase separately yet - a new version is in the works! In the meantime, please reach out to support via the help center for a replacement (with your order #)- this is always the best path for problems with a product!
