PingViewer is lagging/stuttering during operation

I purchased a P360 sonar device from a domestic equipment supplier in China. During the acceptance inspection, I tested it twice using buckets filled with fresh water, and the performance was normal. However, after leaving it in the office for three months, the software imaging now experiences lag and stuttering during operation. Additionally, I previously purchased two other devices from the same domestic supplier that exhibited similar issues. They informed me that the motors were jammed/seized. I would like to inquire about potential solutions.

I would disagree that an issue with the stepper motor is present - this motor is controlled without position feedback, so sticking would not affect the data display. This looks to be more of an issue with your network connection to the device? You are using the hardware with ethernet configuration? What voltage are you using the sonar with? How is it connected to your computer?

Hello, when I made the purchase, I requested the supplier to modify the device for network connectivity. During testing, we used the cable attached to the sonar’s end to connect to the RJ45 interface, with power supplied by a 24V power source.
