Ping360 not working through Ethernet and Low Bandwidth on brand new build

Can anyone at BR make sense of what is going on here, please? Or should I return the Ping 360 as faulty?

kind of:- Blue Robotics sent me replacement ethernet switch, P360 cable and P360 board that they had tested and knew worked together.

My unit is not functioning. Turns out I have a bad capacitor on the PCB. The ROV has not even been in the water yet. They have a 90 day return or exchange policy, and I am just over 4 months.

what country are you in? UK consumer rights law has 7-year returns policy on electrical goods

I just got in contact with them. I believe they will be sending another board.
