Ping360 ethernet config

Hi everyone,

We are trying to use ping360 with ethernet configuration. We directly connected the sonar to eth switch. We also change the connector to eth that inside of the sonar. We can see the sonar on ping page on web gui.

But pingviewer couldn’t find the sonar. What should we do?

I connected the sonar directly to pc with ethernet cable. Than I set a static IP. It works now!
