Screen capture from Navionics ChartViewer

Follow procedure Image Overlay Google Earth - YouTube (if transparency not working disable “Use photorealistic atmosphere rendering”)

Make points in Google Earth and export them to kml file.

In Mission planner “Load KML file”

Recreate waypoints in desired direction
-
Export .txt or .waypoints file
-
Import exported file into QGroudcontrol
-
Delete content from poi.txt file
