Hi I’m having issues with our Bluerov ,we keep getting intermittent camera loss but comms seem to stay good .when all is good our network test upload and download is good but then it can randomly drop to 0.3 mbps causing our video loss .What would make our network speeds suddenly drop from around 70mbps to 0.3mbps .We are on a mains powered system and 300mtrs of tether .It doesn’t seem to drop out on our short decklead.We have changed fathoms cards,pixahawk and Pi but still no change .Thankyou Mig

My best guess would be an intermittent short or disconnection of the tether communication wires. If you have multiple twisted pairs available it might help to try using a different one (would need to be switched both in the vehicle and at the topside), as well as testing without a slip ring if there’s one in use.
It’s possible there’s an issue with the camera rather than the communication, but that shouldn’t cause drops in the network tests, so if it is in fact the camera that’s the cause of your issue then there may also be an issue with the network test not providing correct results.
We had this issue earlier, and it turned out that the pair we were using was bad. We don’t know the reason why the pair was bad, though. However, we switched to another pair, and we then received stable network speed of 70 Mbps without drops and we got smooth camera image updates. It mostly sounds like a cable/wiring or connector issue.
