Get video in multi station

hello guys
i want to get raspberry pi camera video in multi station (mobile and laptop) but my ROV just send video to 192.168.2.1
can you help me ?

go to 192.168.2.2:2770/camera, and enter this for gstreamer options, using the ip:port that you want, separated by commas:

! rtph264pay config-interval=10 pt=96
! multiudpsink clients=192.168.2.1:5600,192.168.2.5:8900
