Final word on weed guards?

Hi Everyone- I am running T200s on a boogie board boat and I keep picking up a lot of weeds. I’ve tried a few of the 3D printed weed guards.

Has anyone here found weed guards that:

  1. Actually work
  2. Do not kill motor performance

I know the M200 is supposedly weed-free, but I’ve already invested in the T200s and want to get them working reliably.

The weed guards inherently affect performance. I have to remove them in high current situations to get the performance required in these situations.
