I’m running into an issue where the expected “Realtek FE Family Controller” does not show up properly in my list of ethernet devices. The power and link LEDs are both active on the FXTI. Sometimes the Realtek device shows up very briefly in my list of devices, but either as “Disabled” or “Network Cable Unplugged” before disappearing soon after. Does this sound like a hardware issue?
Resolved this, needed to update my Realtek driver.
