Hello, The depth rated dome for the acrylic 4”dome is currently 500m where the 3” is 750m. I have pretty much all components for the 3”. Now the 2”, 3” and 4” have a revision to use hardened polycarbonate. Will the depth rating for the 4” improve drastically with the new material? Thank you.

Hi @Pierre021 - We haven’t tested the potential for an improved depth rating with polycarbonate vs. acrylic, but would expect the difference to be minimal (not drastic…) The big improvement will be impact resistance, both from a not-cracking, and not-scuffing (as easily) compared with acrylic!
