Quick product update for you.
Our 2”, 3”, and 4” series Watertight Enclosure Domes have been updated to hardened polycarbonate (from acrylic). These new domes are stronger and more shatter resistant:
All dimensions and depth ratings remain the same.
They are available starting today. That’s all!

Staff decided to link 2 domes to make a sphere and play basketball the rest of the afternoon. I guess I will keep the one I have as a back-up then.
Cool! I’ve never worked with “hardened” polycarbonate. Regular polycarbonate gets scratched pretty easy.
How is scratch resistance of the hardened polycarbonate versus the acrylic?

The polycarbonate domes are considerably more scratch resistant than the acrylic!
