I’m not familiar with that camera, but I assume if there’s an ArduPilot driver for it then its supported features should be able to be controlled by relevant MAVLink messages.
I expect you should be able to set up Custom MAVLink Actions in Cockpit to send MAV_CMD_VIDEO_* messages as relevant. There’s a more detailed walkthrough of the general process in this thread, but feel free to follow up if something is confusing or not working as expected
