Connection refused to blueos

Hi! I have one BlueROV and the ping to 192.168.2.2 is correct but i still have a ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED when i try to get into blueos to update the firmware, I have tried with the antivirus and the firewall but i still get connection refused.
I also cleaned the caché and open a incognito window. I dont know what else to do.

Did you find the resolution to this? I’m now faced with the same issue. I can access BlueOS by entering the IP address, but there is no Extensions, or firmware listed. I tried a new windows machine, and it connected once, then after that, the same problem!
