Connecting pi cam version to rpi 4 model b installed with blueos 1.3.1

i can’t connect pi cam version 3 to the blueos 1.3.1. But few months ago i have tried the same and it connected and i can clearly see the output in the QGS

Please try updating to the latest stable version, currently 1.4.2! If that doesn’t fix things, please share a copy of the BlueOS logs, downloaded from the lower left gear icon.

Couldn’t download the latest version of os, download automatically stops at particular time(repeatedly).

That can be frustrating, apologies - it’s often due to a poor quality internet connection or WiFi signal to the Pi. What is downloaded is cached when updating via BlueOS, so trying again can often get it working - or you can just download the image from github and flash your SD card!

I downloaded it directly from the website(few months ago but not now)

and couldn’t clone via github
