is it possible that I can connect the QS8 connector direct to the power cable without this connection in the middle? can you advice if this possible, why we have it that way with the connections.

The adapter is shown because both the Blue ROV2 and BlueBoat use the XT90 connector, so when used with the mega battery the QS8 adapter is required. The XT90 to bullet connector adapter could be replaced by a QS8to bullet connector adapter that you fabricate, if you’d like to eliminate the XT90…
