Our company bought from you the camera linked bellow.
Currently we have some problems with the focus. Can you help us to calibrate in some way, also we need to find out the minimum and the maximum viewing distances.

You can adjust the focus of the camera by loosening the screw on the side and turning the lens slightly, try aiming for a good focus at around 50cm from the camera (in air)

Is this 50cm away from camera through the dome? or without it?
