BlueRov2 Power Supply Voltage Range

We are trying to implement a surface power supply for our BlueROV2.

What is the maximum and minimum input voltage range of the input voltage, in order to rate properly our power supply?

The 5V power supply in the BlueROV2 main electronics has a minimum voltage of 7, and the PSM module a maximum voltage of 25.2. The BasicESC works with 2 to 6S batteries, so I think 7-25.2 V is a safe input range for the system.
The T200 however is only rated for 7-20V, if using above 20V it’s a good idea to limit the maximum throttle to keep the power consumption per thruster at less than ~700 watts.
