Because we’ve not launched the on/off switch used in the BlueBoat as a product yet, I don’t have documentation to link you to… sorry!
If you look in the starboard electronics assembly, you’ll see a device that the external power switch is connected to. On one side of this, there is a small switch labeled UVLo / No UVLo - can you share what position the switch was in, and make sure it is UVLo if not? If you can’t find it, I’ll take some pictures of hardware to help track it down.
The core problem was resolved. When I reset the routers in the Blueboat and Basestation they ended up with the same name. This seemed to cause the conflict that didn’t let them connect for more than a few seconds at a time. I assume this was caused by user error.
Another problem, the Arduopilot parameters as mentioned above remains. I’ll make a new thread about that one.

The parameters are likely not loading because the vehicle has not fetched the appropriate lua script for lights control. Simply run the BlueOS setup wizard (can be triggered from gear iconin low left)and let the BlueBoat scripts be loaded. Then restore your parameters!
Yes, those steps had already been done. The wizard has been successfully run, updates downloaded from internet.
QGC informs me that the compass is not calibrated. When I try calibration I get errors. Described in this thread.
