I was testfitting everything yesterday, and all looked good, no problems. But then I started thinking. The battery pack is much smaller in lenght than the 3" tube. How do you guy avoid the battery moving around and changing the center of gravity of the ROV2?
Because of the stiffness of the battery wires, I’ve not experienced any issues with the battery moving during use. But if you do, you could probably use a small piece of plastic foam (such as a “pool noodle”) to hold the battery in place.
Hi @Holtz_dk - Agreed with Paul, the battery doesn’t really shift at all due to the stiffness of the wires at the back. We haven’t had an issue with this.
