Any suggestions for mounting lights angled up and down?

We would like to have one pair of lights pointed up at 30 degrees above the horizontal, and another pair pointed down at 30 degrees below the horizontal but we are encountering problems achieving this due to the long connectors on the back of the light fouling the thrusters - has anyone found a good solution for this? Our main reason for 30 degrees above and below the horizontal is so that we can reduce backscatter. Ideally we would like to have the lights contained within the frame of the BlueROV to reduce the chance of them becoming stuck in fish nets.
