Should we turn off DVL-50 on BlueROV2 while testing vacuum (about 15 min)? If yes, how to turn it off ?

I recommend following our vacuum testing guide. The electronics being on or off should not meaningfully impact the vacuum test performance, so it’s fine to just have the whole vehicle disconnected from power.
