You should contact the camera manufacturers about this. It is something wrong with what they have done with the camera.

There was no follow up on this forum from Jan, so just wanted to update that issue with Kurokesu C1 camera was fixed and with new firmware update camera was streaming at 1080@30fps with h.264 compression.
