Is it possible to connect two bar30 sensors and use one of them to only receive the additional temperature in QGroundControl as “Temperature (3)”?

No, the Bar30 are on the same I2C address. No two devices may have the same address on a single I2C bus. I recommend you connect our Celcius (higher resolution) temperature sensor, this will show up as Temperature 3.
