Arduino Board Thruster code runs with the Laptop voltage USB but not runs with the separate 12V battery. How can I sort out the issue?

The Arduino Powering documentation doesn’t seem to mention a 12V battery being an option. Could you provide some more information about the Arduino board and power supply that you’re trying to use, and how they’re connected together?
