Surface Vehicle with Underwater Camera?

Has anyone seen or done a surface based vehicle with underwater camera capabilities? Thinking along the lines of a system for monitoring/spotting fish in lakes and rivers.

Seems most commercial USV systems are for sonar payloads. Was looking to do something for more shallow water visual inspection use where an ROV is not usable.

Tony and I are working on implementing both and above and below water cameras four our SolarSurfer2 project: SolarSurfer Continuation Project

We’ll only be able to get video via WiFi or 4G comms, but it’s a good start.
