Struggling to get 2 pairs of Lumen lights to work on BlueROV2 Heavy R4

First time posting here, extremely new to the world of BlueROV2. I have a BR2 Heavy mostly finished and functional - when i initially got it, I only had a single set of lumen lights to install. I got them to work just fine - although I had to connect them to channel 13 for some reason rather than channel 12 as per the manual. I was able to configure the parameters for them in BlueOS, and they work as expected.

I’ve just added a second pair of lumen’s, and I’m trying to get them working by similar means. I’ve been unable to do so though. I have them connected to channel 14, and I have channel 14 configured as Lights2 in BlueOS, but when I turn on the lights, only the original set responds. I’m sure I’m missing something incredibly obvious, and I’d appreciate it if someone could point that out to me :joy:

Hi @spencerk062 -
You should plug things in according to the table here, and configure them to match.

You’ll need to set the Servo13 function parameter to RCIN9, and Servo14 to RCIN10. This will allow you to map lights1 / lights2 to buttons for control. If you want all the lights to be controlled at the same time by the same button, you could splice the yellow wires together and connect only to Servo13.
I would guess your Servo# function parameter is not set! You can do this in the Autopilot Parameters menu, or under Vehicle Setup / PWM Outputs, both found in BlueOS.

That got it! Thank you!

It should also work to just assign both outputs to the same value (e.g. RCIN9 for the lights1 control functions), instead of needing to connect the signal lines in hardware
