Set_target_depth does not work

my firmware version 4.1.2, when i exec ardusub example code, set_target_depth, machine seem not work, only chang to Depth_hold mode. Is ardusub not supported at all? Or is it possible that there are other reasons?

The current ArduSub implementation requires setting all three (x,y,z) [position] targets together, because if you ignore one it will ignore all of them.
