Which design and calculation components are you interested in?
There’s the underwater robotics book, which likely goes through a lot of what you’re after.
On top of that, have a look through the 4 pages of available learning resources if you haven’t already (some of the resources are specific to certain products, but there are also more general purpose things like a buoyancy calculator and pressure vessel calculation software, and several others).
