My question is …
Did anyone ever use the Blue Rov to pull a manta trawl?

Welcome to the forums!
Generally, ROVs don’t make good tug boats. The BlueBoat may be more suited to towing a (small) manta trawl? There have definitely been users that tow the BlueROV2 itself, and have more control of it than a typical towfish!
