I have 6 t100 thrusters, and I want to change the prop on 3 of them to CCW. I watched the video, but after removing the screws my props are all stuck on, as if they were pressed on to the shaft. Any ideas?

Hi @johnbalison,
Are you referring to the blue propeller not coming free from the black and silver rotor? As long as the two screws are removed, it should come off. It may be a little tight and need some force to be pulled off, especially if they have already been run for a while and grit has gotten in between the two parts.
