Problems with the camera

Hello community, I have a problem with the camera of my bluerov2, I haven’t turned it on for a few weeks and now that I have done so it appears like this (vertical lines of blue, violet, light blue, black and white appear). No water has entered it or it has had any impact, it is intact.
I would appreciate your support. thank you.

Hi @Rov1 -
Sorry for the issue! Have you seen the relevant Technical Bulletin?

Hello, do you think this camera serves as a replacement based on its characteristics? thanks you.

Hi @Rov1 -
Yes, that camera should work as it supports h264, although it may not have as good low-light performance.
If you reach out to support with your order # (report a problem with a product) we can supply you with a replacement camera as well!

hello
Can you change the lens of a camera to give it a greater or lesser degree of vision to avoid “fish eye”?
I ask this because the camera offered in the link of that virtual store shows a viewing angle of 140° and the bluerobotics camera offers 64° vertical and 80° horizontal.
From what I have read, the greater the viewing angle you have, the greater the distortion.
Do you think it is possible to buy that Chinese camera and change the lens for the one that comes with the bluerobotics one?
thank you.
